tropical pool fantastic service clean beach
the tropical pool and bar STOOD out. seif and abdourahman at the bar gave fantastic service. the cleo park WAS a HUGE hit with kids. the clean beach was also a big PLUS.

mixed feelings about this stay
dirty kitchen mold bathroom
The apartment was not up to standard. the kitchen was dirty. I hesitated to use anything. the bathroom had mold. This is unacceptable. the promised cleaning never happened . the floor was only wet-mopped once without proper detergents. this lack of cleanliness is a major concern.

broken freezer lacking hygiene
the pools were acceptable.
The apartment lacked a kitchen, a significant inconvenience. the condition was subpar. It seemed weeks had passed without proper cleaning. the freezer was broken, causing water to pool on the floor. Hygiene was clearly lacking, and i saw stains everywhere. It was a disappointing situation.
